At Hope Rings, we want you to cherish your jewelry forever, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your piece doesn't feel like the perfect fit, our dedicated team is here to ensure a seamless resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the jewelry in its original Hope Rings gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
